A Health and Wellbeing Coach assesses patients lifestyles, addresses health concerns and then works with the patients to make behavioural, nutritional and other changes in order to promote better health and wellness.
Will I need a Health and Wellbeing Coach?
Whether your goal is to lose weight, improve health, increase energy, develop better nutrition or deal with stress and anxiety, a Health and Wellbeing Coach takes the time to listen to your concerns, helps you discover where and why you are struggling, and supports you as you navigate the world of contradictory nutritional advice to figure out exactly what works for your body.
Our Health and Wellbeing Coach will assess your current health condition and will:
- Work with you to develop goals to improve your health
- Work with you to develop goals to improve your wellbeing
- Provide you with counselling if necessary/required)
- Document your progress
- Co-produce a treatment plan with you.
