To order repeat prescriptions the preferred and easiest way is through online access e.g. Patient Access, NHS App.
If you do not have online access then you can order medication via our dedicated email address swlicb.fairhill.prescriptions@nhs.net.
If you do not have access the internet then you can call your Pharmacy who will help with your request and deal with us.
Several of the local pharmacies provide a service for ordering and collecting repeat prescriptions e.g. Hawks Pharmacy on TEL : 020 8296 0152. Please speak to your regular pharmacy to see if they offer this service.
We are keen to ensure that patients with ongoing medical problems are monitored regularly. If you are due a medication review or require a blood test or blood pressure check you will be asked to make an appointment with the relevant clinician. We now have a Clinical Pharmacist who carries out medications reviews. Repeat prescriptions will not routinely issued if patients are not reviewed.
