We take complaints very seriously, if you would like to make a complaint regarding the surgery or the services we offer please contact the surgery via email.
Email is the quickest and preferred method however if you prefer to write then please hand it in at reception or post it to your surgery.
The practice will acknowledge your complaint within 2 working days and aim to have looked into matters within 28 days. At this stage we will respond with an explanation. Every effort will be made to answer your concerns as soon as possible by one of our management team and if we need to extend this time we will inform you.
