If your test results are normal, we will not contact you. You can still review your results online or via NHS app.
You can receive your test results in the following ways:
- Use your NHS account (online or in the NHS app)
- Phone us between 10am and 6.30pm
If your test results need to be discussed we contact you, then please call the surgery to book a telephone appointment.
To ensure confidentiality, we only release results to the patient, unless alternative arrangements have been agreed in writing. The receptionists are only allowed to inform patients of the doctors comments and nothing else in relation to the test or result. Sensitive information or results may not be given out and may require an appointment for review with a doctor.
