Since our telephones are very busy in the early morning, we ask you to telephone for test results (eg blood, urine, x-ray) between 2pm and 4pm each day.
To ensure confidentiality, we only release results to the patient, unless alternative arrangements have been agreed in writing. The receptionists are only allowed to inform patients of the doctors comments and nothing else in relation to the test or result. Sensitive information or results may not be given out and may require an appointment for review with a doctor.
