We take complaints very seriously, if you would like to make a complaint regarding the surgery or the services we offer please contact the surgery via email: swlicb.fairhillmedicalpractice@nhs.net. Email is the quickest and preferred method however if you prefer to write then please hand it in at reception or post it to your surgery.
